No training on your data
Client data is never used to train models — ours or anyone else’s. Model providers are configured accordingly.

We work inside your environments with the minimum access needed — granted on day one, revocable on day one.

Founded by Theo Clapperton
Theo is a technical lead and engineering manager who ships production software at national scale: an award-winning mobile healthcare platform, and retail systems running in stores across the UK.
His recent work is in applied AI — building multi-agent LLM systems and guiding responsible AI adoption in regulated healthcare. He has delivered across healthcare, retail, and customs: domains where correctness isn’t optional.

How do engagements start?
With a scoped pilot against your real data — fixed deliverables and success criteria agreed up front, so you find out quickly whether the approach works before committing further.
Who owns the work?
You do. Code, prompts, evals and documentation are delivered into your repositories, and IP assigns to you on payment.
Do you work with in-house teams?
Yes — we build inside your stack and your processes, and everything ships with documentation and handover so your team can run it without us.
How do you price?
Fixed, milestone-gated scopes for delivery work — you pay for outcomes, not hours. Advisory work is day-rate.
What if AI isn’t the right answer?
Then we’ll tell you, with the eval results to back it up. The pilot exists to prove or kill the approach cheaply — that’s the point of it.
